C) Both IOA & PHC Include: SPECIFIC PLAN OF CARE (POC) AND 2 WEEKS OF F/U COMMUNICATION BY EMAIL OR TEXT AS NEEDED FOR Q/A ON YOUR POC’S
D) NEW CLIENT’S ASK FOR OUR SENIOR CITIZEN &/OR MILITARY DISCOUNTED RATES
2) Recommended before your Initial Appointment:
